Cisco Certified Network Professional Voice (CCNP Voice) validates advance knowledge and skills required to integrate into underlying network architectures. Furthermore, this certification validates a robust set of skills in implementing, operating, configuring, and troubleshooting a converged IP network. With a CCNP Voice certification, a network professional can create a collaboration solution that is transparent, scalable, and manageable.

CCNP Voice professionals perform functions necessary to implement and open gateways and gatekeepers, install and configure single-site Cisco Unified Communications Manager solutions, including call routing and signaling. CCNP Voice professionals also implement Unified Communications Manager multisite solutions, including dial plans, remote site survivability during WAN failure, and bandwidth reduction solutions for IP WAN, as well as troubleshoot and create fixes for Unified Communications Manager, Call Control Discovery, SIP Precondition, and Mobility Cross Cluster.
